Vegan cheese sauce is a popular alternative to the more commonly available non-vegan alternatives for camping.

Add garlic and onions, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
Add water to cook the ingredients.
Simmer until the cheese is soft and thick, about 5 minutes.
Drain the cheese sauce on a paper towel and let cool completely.
Add the parsley, cinnamon, red pepper, and ground cinnamon to the vegan cheese and cook on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the remaining water.
The vegan cheese sauces are best eaten with some water and the condiments are not vegan-friendly.
