The following is a guest post by Mark Mancuso, author of How to Start a Family, and a certified family food specialist.
He is a Certified Family Food Specialist, and he has been featured on the Food Network’s Food Revolution, as well as on several national media outlets, including CNN, Food Network Live, and The Today Show.
When we first met, he was on a mission to create a family friendly recipe for a gluten-free diet.
He was doing all kinds of research, learning about everything from recipes, to how to prepare them, and how to cook them.
It’s something that he was always looking for, and I always felt he had it in him.
We started talking, and eventually we were able to come up with a recipe that would be gluten-friendly, vegan, and delicious, so I decided to share it with the world.
I’ve been blogging since 2008, and since then, I’ve created thousands of recipes that have been shared over 1.2 million times.
I feel like the world has grown exponentially in the last four years.
I think that we’ve seen so much more people come out in support of our message, and more people coming to our event every year.
I was always really happy to have a supportive audience and I think people were happy to hear about it.
My goal is to give people a great opportunity to make a difference in their life, so if you’re interested in sharing a gluten free recipe, let me know.
If you are interested in learning more about me, you can find my blog, my book, or my Facebook page.
This recipe was inspired by this gluten-Free Homemade Vegan Pizza recipe by The Vegan Chef.
You can find this recipe on their website.

I have also created a gluten friendly version of my gluten-FREE gluten free pizza recipe from my book.
You will find the gluten-less gluten free version on the Vegan Cookbook website.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground gluten free flour (I used 1/4 cup) 1/2 cup water 1 tsp.
salt 2 tsp.
baking soda 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 1/3 cups vegan cheese 1 cup milk (or non dairy milk if you want to substitute) Directions: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour into a large bowl.
Add the baking soda, vanilla extract, and milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dough into a greased 8×8 pan, add the cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Spread out the dough on the baking sheet, and brush with the remaining 1/8 cup of vegan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool on the counter.
For the gluten free version, add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix together well.
Spoon into a lined serving bowl, top with the glaze and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
