Two pizza recipes, one recipe and two condiments have been revealed.
The pizza recipes were published by the Pizza Project, a group dedicated to documenting food produced in Australia.
The second recipe has been shared on Facebook.
The third recipe was published in a paper published in the International Journal of Food Sciences.
The paper, by University of New South Wales food science researchers Dr. John Williams and Dr. David Wilson, described the condiments and recipes.
The first pizza recipe was revealed in 2013, while the second was published two years later.
“I’m very excited about this and it’s just such a wonderful opportunity for the people involved to share their recipes,” Dr. Wilson said.
“It shows that it’s a community that really cares about what’s going on in Australia.”
He said it was a rare opportunity to learn from people who were able to put their passion and creativity to work.
“There’s a great sense of community that’s been created by the pizza community and it was really important to get these two recipes out there,” Dr Wilson said of the collaboration.
The Pizza Project has previously collaborated with the University of Melbourne to produce a pizza recipe that is now part of the school’s culinary department.
A number of pizza recipes have been shared online, and Dr Wilson hopes that other recipes will be published in future.
“We’re very excited to have these recipes published,” he said.
