Chinese condiments, which often are a necessity in the home, are set to become a thing of the past, thanks to a new Chinese food blog.
The website, China Food, will let you sample the Chinese cuisine from around the world, with a focus on authentic dishes and foodies who love authentic food.
China Food’s founder and founder chef, Zhang Zhijie, told The Verge that the idea for the site was sparked when he wanted to try the authentic Chinese food of his home country, but wasn’t quite sure how to do it.
“I didn’t have a website,” Zhang told us.
“It’s really hard to find something for that time.”
Zhang then started thinking about what he wanted the site to be: an online platform for people who want to learn more about Chinese food.
“People who want information about China and food are really interested in China,” he said.
“But they’re also interested in authentic food.”
To give it that extra bit of authenticity, Zhang and his team have made it a platform where you can learn about the different types of Chinese food, taste and taste, as well as how to make them.
“What we wanted to do was create a place where you could experience authentic Chinese cuisine in an easy, fun, and educational way,” he explained.
“The main idea is to show the world the world’s culinary heritage.”
